It's because he's so damned low maintenance. He can do insanely high amounts of damage by just stacking speed, accuracy and damage. You don't even really have to book him to get those high numbers.

Okay so I usually do my masteries by checking Ayumilove and so far it's been pretty solid but I've been working on occult brawler and I'm stuck between Cycle of Magic and Evil Eye, I mainly use Occult for CB but I do use him in dungeons also.
