Yes. Load down 1-2 grains from normal start using those bullets. For example, using Lil Gun and that bullet, max charge is 31-32grains. You will hit max just above 28grains. So start at 36 grains with IMR 4198. I also did not have success with that powder and bullet weight (300 grains)
